This 30 minute complementary introductory class will take you through the fundamentals of a Pilates Reformer Class. Pilates principles, functions of the reformer, and class levels will be discussed.
Reformer 1 is a foundational class appropriate for all levels. It's ideal for beginners and for those who want to review the fundamentals.
Reformer 2 is a class for those who are more experienced and ready to challenge their foundations. Balance, coordination, precision, and more will be intensified.
Our Sculpt class will utilize more weight, reps, and challenge positioning in order to strengthen, tone, and increase agility.
Our Cardio Fusion Class will utilize a reformer jump board to increase your heart rate and strengthen your endurance. This class will have a HIIT quality in that it will combine strength and cardio movements.
